We would get ""scene error"" message mostly and if it would get thru that and show a preview, it still wouldn't finish the download. It would show the ""Power Parts loading...."" progress bar only about 1/4 of the way, then lock up. We reinstalled Java, but that didn't help. Also, I rebooted & I didn't have any other programs running at the time.
