We are experiencing some difficulty with label adhesion to the 150mL bottle that we also post-freeze with liquid nitrogen and store at -70C. Testing flame treated bottles show good label adhesion. Please advise: 1. Is Thomas able to process bottles for us? 2. If Thomas can’t, is there another company that Thomas could suggest we contact for this flame treatment? 3. For the long run, what equipment would Thomas suggest for processing 3000 to 5000 per run of the 1250 ml bottles and having a capacity to expand to other sizes if needed?
