I have here in my record that you charged an item of our order No.97 (04/03/08) that was never shipped (the order was charged complete) and we decided to cancel it (because it was going to take too long to be shipped) and then you were going to give us a credit for US$614.52 but it was never applied and I really don′t have any record that it was used later. Could you please give me any information about this? Is that credit still active/avaliable? Please reply asap.
