We have come across an issue with our edy current and ulrta sonic machines. We are trying to get a deffinate answer on how often these items are supposed to be calibrated. Our TMDE lab told us that it should be done once a year. But the people who use them are saying since it is a cal before use item. Meaning they have blocks they test them on before and after every use. that it wasnt required to be calibrated by a lab or by the manufacture. And the other issure we would run into is if they have to come back to you for calibration is there a way we could send these items to you with the possibility of receiving them back before we redeploy in a few months?
