The mentionned temperature is the temperature of the part itself. 4 static tests are foreseen : . Proof test at 500°F and 68 PSI during 3 minutes, then . Burst test at 500°F and 136 PSI during 3 minutes, then . HIRF test at 450°F and 146 PSI during 3 minutes, then . Max test at 450°F and 290 PSI during 2 minutes Objectives of the tests are to show no deformation of the part after the proof test, and no rupture of the part after the four tests.
