We are looking for a NADCAP approved E-Beam welder the complete two welds for our assembly. The first weld is a 347SS tube (OD 0.25"", ID 0.221"") to a Nickel Alloy (AMS 5854) Cap (OD .221""). Second weld is an Invar Rod (OD .15"") into the same cap (ID 0.1495"") If these welds are something that EB Industries can do, please contact me and I can forward part and assembly drawings for further analysis. We would be looking at 50 to 75 total parts.
