(这是一条买家关于"Quote Request"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Quote Request Subject: Supply heavy duty production line to manufacture built up sections straight and sloped for steel structure st-37 to st-52 for following dimensions: Height of web: 120 – 2000 mm Thickness: 6-50 mm Flange width: 120-800 mm Thickness: 6-50mm Length 4-24 m It should be a new production line of Western or American origin and height should not be more than 5 meters and production line consists of: 1-Assembly machine for the sections (H-T-I) Automatic with rolls in and out permits for section till 24m 2- Welding machine with 2 heads (S-A-W) with rail suitable to weld section of 24m length with machine of straightening section after welding 3- Movable tippers at 90 degree inclination 4- Supply with production line full set of tools and equipments and consumable spare parts enough for operation of 2 years of 8 working hours daily including welding rods, flux material with detailed list and separate mentioning all parts. 5- To submit the cost separately of training group of engineers and technicians in the fields of electricity , mechanical, and production suitable for this facility of production line and the training period not less than 15 days. 6- Warranty should not be less than 1 year after commissioning 7- Documents in 3 copies in English for all equipments and tools and machines with technical manual with certificate of origin.
