QUALIFICATIONS ~ Am certified plate welder under AWS D1.1 on 1/2” plate with E-6010 root and E-7018 remainder. All positions. ~ Am certified plate welder under AWS D1.1 on 1/2” plate with backing strip with FCAW process using .045 wire. 2G and 3G position. ~Am certified pipe welder under ASME on section IX on 6”sch. 80 A53 Grade B pipe with E- 6010 root and E-7018 remainder. 6G position. ~Am certified pipe welder under ASME on section IX on 6” sch 80 A53 Grade B pipe with GTAW root and E-7018 remainder. 6G position. ~Have welded with the four major welding processes: SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW. ~Have welded on the following base metals: A36 Grade B, A53 Grade B, A106 Grade B. ~Have some knowledge of pipe take-offs, offsets, and rolling offsets. ~Additional skills include: Word worker, dependable, punctual, follow instructions well, fast learner.
