We are looking for Fluidized Bed Furnace. I have visited your website and I would like know if your company have this products to supply us. FOR THE Fluidized Bed Furnace: 1) We need generate 4.000.000 kcal/h, and we would like use coal. We already have a rotary kiln dryer but it is not enough. 2) Maximum temperature inside: 850 Celsius degree. 3) The Fluidized Bed Furnace will be used to generate heat to dryer raw material. 4) if you need more specifications, please let me know. Note: we also need dryer according to specification below: FOR THE DRYER: 1) Output of the dryer: 35 tons dried/hour. The raw material enter with 14% humidity and exit with 4% humidity. 2) Raw material denseness: 1,8t/m3. The raw materials kind is a stone no hard and break too easy. It is not limestone but is similar. 3) Water evaporation: 4500kg/h. 4) Temperature of the raw materials dried: 80 to 85 Celsius degree. 5) Humidity of the raw material while enter. Enter: 14%. 6) Humidity of the raw material while exit: 4% 7) Size of the raw material while enter. Enter: 2,5mm to 5,5mm 8) Size of the raw material while exit: also 2,5mm to 5,5mm or maybe less because the raw material is a little hard. 9) Percentage of powder fine to the filter: 25 to 30%. 10) Temperature inside the dryer: 800 to 850 Celsius. 11) Temperature of the entrance of Dryer: 600 Celsius degree. 12) Temperature of the exit of dryer: 110 to 120 Celsius degree. 13) Shape of the raw materials: a little shaping.
