Would it be possible to filter solutions from an open tank using this portable system and our own preselected ion exchange resins. The different solutions in the tanks would be made up of 11% nitric acid, 10% sulfuric acid or 0.2 M sodium carbonate so the materials of construction would have to withstand chemical attack from these solutions at approximately 35?C - 65?C. These solutions also contain dilute metallic concentrations which will be removed by the selected IX resins. I have attached the spec sheets for the resins which will be used (A500 for the sodium carbonate solution and s940 for the acids). The utilised volumes of the tanks from which the solutions will be filtered are 16000 liters (approximately 4230 US gallons), so I would be looking at a pumping capacity of about 600 gph. I would like to get an idea of how much the various parts cost in a system like this. Please refer me to someone who can help me with these questions regarding your products.
