It occur on a irregular basis and after almost 2 years of investigation and modification, we never solve this problem... We used the Avon, Heat Bath and also the Conduron stop-off paint whit similar results. Are you using a paint drying method like air blowers or cooking or simply follow the manufacturer applying procedure? Have you ever experienced this kind of problem before?
