I have looked up your company profile and expertize over the web and we are very interested in receiving a proposal for an engineered and supplied Dryer System Product to be dried parameters: Feedstock: 1 - chips from debarking and chipping section: 60% of total mix, 45-50% moister content 2 - bark from debarking and chipping section: 10% of total mix, 50% moister content 3 - sawmill residuees from 3rd parties, sawdust... 20-30% of total mix, 50% moister content The capacity has to be a minimum of 70 tons of woodchips per hour The wood mix is 70% coniferous and 30% deciduous The dryer should have a minimum capacity of 25 TPH of dry material output at 10% moister content. I realize this is very preliminary information and you will need more details to finalize.
