I was working with Freedom about having the past due balance paid for. The problem is that she told me over a week and a half ago that she was having the check cut and mailing it to me. She said that she would call me back and let me know how much is being cut but she never did. Everytime that I call now she either don't answer or I'm sent to her voice mail.
