We have two facilities in the Midwest region, one 150,000 sq.ft. facility in Franklin Park, Illinois and one 225,000 sq.ft. facility in Sawyer, Michigan. We specialize in light gauge slitting, cut to length and multi-blanking for the automotive, appliance, building products, office furniture, electrical, stamping, roll forming, etc, industries. We perform high volume processing for most of the major steel mills and trading partners in the United States. The following are some of our value added services and capabilities: ? 8 Precision loop / Herr Voss strand extensioner slitting lines ? 2 Red Bud precision cut-to-length / multi-blanking lines w/ 19 roll Herr Voss corrector levelers ? Processing gauges range from .006 to .130 ? Master coil capacity [ Illinois - up to 60,000# coils] [ Michigan - up to 80,000# coils] ?
