Everytime I change the format to .STEP (or anything else) it goes to the ""Please Wait"" screen with the gears for a few seconds, then reverts back to the download screen and offers me a download in .DXF (The default fomat). Could you please send me a .STEP file of the Microtracx 130.15-KR20-(75mm of travel = 12 links + mounting brackets). Call or e-mail if you have questions.
