The units ( 2 ) were to be send within a week, the order was paid with credit card from American Express but we have not received the merchandize. We have called Chris at Construction Products and he had said the the units were send, we ask for the tracking number and he says " I will send it to you in a few minutes" this has been going for more than a week and still we have not received the units. We contact Construction Products because the person at customer service in your company told us that they are the only ones that could resale your products.We have purchased in the past directly from you. Now , you are closed for the holidays, this people at Construction Products does not respond either and we got stuck without the product, very poor service.
