At first it had just turned off, which wasnt much as a surprise, or so I taught. I turned it back on, and it was working as normal, I played music and call a few people not too long after, then I put it in my bag and was off home. To my surprise, it was off once again, only problem, it isnt coming back on at all. I called the people who I got it from, and before he had said that there was only one month warranty on it, well, the warranty is still not up yet, but when I contacted them, they said that they dont do repairs. There isnt a scratch on the phone anywhere, and it did work right after (which I tried to explain), but to no avail. I would like to know if there is ANY software I can use to flash it, because I had the same problem with my Sony Ericsson K550i, but I found the software the same day. I got this phone as a Christmas present from my girlfriend, and it means a lot that she bought something this expensive for me. A reply is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you. Michael.
