The company is the leading Heavy Engineering Industry of India. We require Cast Iron T Slotted Floor plates of sizes as follows : 1. 30 meters length X 14 meters wide X 400 mm depth : 01 Number. 2. 14 Meters length X 14 meters wide X 400 mm depth : 01 number. The floor plates are required to clamp components for machining. T slots are required of size 36H12 with Pitch distance of 315 +/- 0.1mm .The uniformly distributed load will be in the category of 10 ton per sq.meters. As the floor plates are required to clamp components for machining, the flatness required is high, corrosponding to Grade 1 of DIN Standard 876. The floor plates will be sunk in the floor pit in such a manner that top surface of floor plates will be at ground level. The subject floor plates are required to be fully finished, duly machined, ready for use at our works.
