Main Features of the tender are as under. 1-Quantity of UIC-54 rials=16,ooo matric ton. 2-Date of opening of tender=30-03-2009. 3- Last purchase rate=$1100 per matric ton. 4- Earnets monet to submitte with tensder( refundavle )=2% Of the total bid money. 5- If tender is won then 10% of the total bid money will have to be submitted to railway departemt as performance band( 2% adjustable ) returnable after satisfactory performance of laid rails in track for 12 month. 6- Delivery period=one year( 12 months ) in two shipments. 7- Payment through letter of credit( L/C ) 8- The sample of tender documents alongwith sketches of UIC-54 rails also attached so see the details of above said main features alongwith other relevant informations. 9-If you are interested then we shall purchase tender documents @ $ 200 as your commission agent ( see deatils for commission agent in attached sample tender documents you will have to send declaration as commsiision agent through pakistan embassy .we shall decide our commission rate mutuly with you/your company. 10-Dear If you are intersted send your willingness through return email as there is very short period to complete all formalties.
