If the 1st trial shipment is successfully carried out, we will enter yearly contract (12 shipments per year ) with the seller. However the price shall be reviewed quarterly. 2)Kindly furnish the product spec, mill certificate, sample, Quality report(SGS), product origin, loading port, company profile and trading record for our perusal. 3)We are ever ready to issue LOI & BCL or ICPO if we are satisfied it is a genuine offer. Seller must issue the draft contract ( 2% performance bond by seller shall be part of the contract ). Seller must provide POP to buyers bank from bank to bank via Swift. 4) Payment shall be by Irrevocable, Transferable and confirmed LC for each shipment. We will NOT consider to give Unconditional, Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible and Revolving LC or any down payment for booking and preparation in advanced.
