The value of this contract is US$15million and you will be paid 70% up front and 30% after supply and installations.You are also required to come to Accra Ghana to sign the contract agreement after which the 70% up front payment would be paid to you to enable you start the supply. Our interest here would be for you to acceptto over-invoice the actual value of the goods you are to supply to the tune of US$3million.The over-invoiced amount shall be shared among ourselves on the ratio of 50% to you and 50% to us (the legal adviser and myself).
