Our main products are printed film and bags in various sizes and shapes. We are in search of a china factory of plastic film machinery to establish a long commercial relationship. We are interested in a complete line for producing food trays including the film extruder. The tray could be made of PS, PE or PP. Here after are the characteristics of the machines we are in searching for to build a complete thermoforming line: a) A cast sheet film line of 80 kg/hr, 1000 mm wide and up to 1 mm thick. b) A thermoforming Machine with a punching device of around to 50 cycles per minute. The idea is to produce 1000 trays/hr. The forming area should be around 750 mmx550 mm. c) Molds for the trays. The drawing will be available upon request.
