We will have more contracts if we complete first contract satisfactorily. 1. Terms: Irrevocable, revolving, non-transferable, confirmed l/c at sight 100% 2. Clear jpeg pictures of inventory loads being quoted 3. Location(s) of inventory, port of shipment 4. Best realistic& competitive CIF pricing. 5. Seller opens 2% non-operative performance bond within 7 working days after signing firm contract. 6. L/C will be opened only to direct seller within 7 working days after receiving the PB ; the l/c will activate the PB. 7. The loading shall be done after 20 days from settlement date of L/C. If the loading is not being done during in time, our client has the right to take performance bond in his own account. 8. We will add our commission onto your prices and difference between L/C and your amount will be remitted back to us. There will be no LOI & BCL.
