The trays are approximatly 5X7X1"" with tapered sides, wired rims, and a spotwelded tab for holding a business card on the inside of one edge. The existing trays are tin plated steel about 28 gauge. We are interested in ballparking the cost for fabrication of 5K-10K pieces, powder coating, nickel plating and possibly logo embossing the metal pan itself.
