From the raw material to the finished product ,we have well-found manufacturing process ,including progressive die making ,raw material warehouse(3000t capacity),stamping facility (70 punches),heat treatment (600t/m),tumbling grinding ,galvanization(1200t/m) ,welding (60,000 truck winches per month), electrophoresis (about 300t/m),tube facility(600t/m),assembling (two 20' containers one day),tie down & webbing (120,000 sets/m),shipment quantity(90 containers per month).Besides, we have 630 workers here ,involving 10 engineers in Q.C.CENTER and 6 engineers in TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT , who are able to produce large quantities and perfect products .What's more , we can manufacture and pack products according to our customers' different request independently .Just because of this , in a certain degree ,our quotation is lower than other suppliers.
