In one of our projects in a steelmaking plant , we confront with a stack with a semi heavy dust flow , that this dust flow has this specification : ? Gas flow : 25000 m3/hr ? Quantity of dust : 1300 mg/m3 ? Flow temprature : 150 C ? Type of particle : Iron oxide ? Paticle size : 0.1 – 20 micrometer ? Flow humidity : semi dry We need a baghouse for separate this particle from our flow. But we confront with a problem. The location , that this baghouse must install , is very humidity. ( saturation state at 40 C ) and if the humidity penetrates in the flow or dust collector , make a sludge form dust , that block the bag filter. We need a baghouse that humidity can not penetrate in it. For this reason , we contact with your company. Can your company help us to solve this problem?
