This unit will be used in a commercial kitchen and thus needs to be made out of stainless steel or high impact plastic. The sealing jaws need to be able to seal through a 3mil barrier film that might have some food contamination in the seal area. Because of this, I think that the seal bar needs to dealer around 800 – 900 watts. I could be wrong. Here are some additional specifications for your review. Do you think that you can help me?
