As it will interest you to know that we are a sourcing agent located in LOME TOGO for sourcing out contract throughout West African region on comission bases, as we are appointed and comissioned by the ECONOMIC COMMUNITY OF WEST AFRICAN STATES(ECOWAS) Presently, there is an existing tender to supply Dumpers and dump trucks to NIGER DELTA DEVELOPMENT COMMISION(NDDC) in NIGERIA And we are in better position to pursue this contract on your behalf if you are capable to bid for the contract. Nevertheless, we want you to confirm to us if you will be able to participate in this bidding and then send us information regarding the product quotation as to enable us submit same to the NDDC contract board for their perusal, as you must understand that the NDDC is the principal buyer while we are only a commision agent representing you on 3% commision of the total contract value which you will add up in your price quotation to NDDC. Finally, we advise you to consider the above and get back to us with your products prices adding up our 3% commission ,so that we can advise you further on the contract procedure, while you prepare your tender documents.
