The top capacity water level of the elliptical spheroid tank will be 135’ with a head range of 40’to a double knuckle transition to the supporting shaft with another double curved knuckle transition to a bell support with a 36” x 80” access door with enclosure above the concrete foundation. The shaft shall have a top and bottom platform with 30” manholes There is a 42” inside man-way shaft through the elliptical spheroid tank to allow access to the roof through a 30” rainproof access hatch; located a minimum if 4’ -1” off center 30” access hatch; and 5’ to the center of the CL 24 “ fan vent manhole. Steel for frames and covers shall be 316 SS. Shell plates shall be a minimum of ?” thick, shop blasted and primed At a 10’ radius, a two rail handrail with toe plate.
