I am the local LA service rep for our test systems installed here in the LA area. I am writing to see if you guys have the ability to check out an old MTS1212 drop/shock test system that has been moved here from Arkansas by one of my customers. I have a feeling that when the unit was shipped out and set up that something in the system may have been bent or twisted and now the machine will not drop like it is supposed to. It appears that one of the upright columns has been twisted and is causing a misallignment of the drop rods and binding up.
