They have 9 Ballymore rolloing ladders. Looking through the products currently availble from our on-line site, I could not find two specific ladders. As it turns out all of these are quite old. Someone at U.S. Materials Handling had saved their older Ballymore literature, and I now see that all of our customer ladders match to the old catalog. There are three P7-SH, one P4-SH, one P6-SH, one P6-SH30, one P7-SH30 and two NP12-SH30 ladders. The two ladders that are in the worst shape (I believe) is the P6-SH30 and one of the NP12-SH30 ladders. This NP12-SH30 has it's ""Ballylock"" step stuck in the up position and the bottom frames on the left and right sides are bent so the bottom framing of this ladder is out of square. The P6-SH30 has the right side nearest the bottom step caster weldment torn right off of the frame. How should I proceed from this point? Are either of these two worst condition ladders repairable?
