It has been well used and enjoyed but still has much wear left for me. The inside appears to be a non-stick surface (brown in color) which has scratches in it from use. I just want to make sure that the non-stick surface is not the Teflon coating which was considered dangerous and is no longer in use. Do you have any information on the coatings that were used for this pan? I am not planning to use it until I hear from you. Thank you for any information that you can send. (It looks like a wonderful pan and I love that it was made in the USA.)
