I would love to tell you a little about the company I work for. In a way of introduction, Birch Machinery Company was started in 1975 and currently supplies machine parts and service to major companies around the country such as General Motors, G.E., Johnson Controls, to mention a few. We manufacture a full line of zinc and aluminum die casting machines plus remanufactured plastic injection and blow molding equipment from 150 ton to 2000 ton. We also build vertical die casting machines in sizes from 650 ton to 2000ton. Our trim press line is composed of both vertical and horizontal types from 20 ton to 80 ton machines. New major components for all machines such as platens, tie bars, toggles, bushings, cylinders, manifolds, guards, electrical panels, etc., are manufactured entirely in-house. This capability has lead into areas of supplying parts and performing rebuilds on nearly all brands of machine, die casting and plastic injection machines. Projects range from simple rebushings to entire redesigns and conversations. Birch Machinery has service crews that assist customers on emergency breakdowns and parts replacement available on a 24 hour response time. Birch Machinery also specializes in speedy manufacturing of those hard-to-get critical parts such as tie bars, nuts, platens, toggles, bushings, etc., so that your down time is minimized. We can work from your sketches or better yet, Birch Machinery can dispatch engineering support people for any engineering or reverse engineering require needed.
