(这是一条买家关于"Warranty Inquiry"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Warranty Inquiry To Whom It May Concern: My name is Randy Waddle, I reside in Peyton, CO. Bottom line is that I paid a local landscaper to install low voltage lighting at my residence. The job was performed in Aug/Sep of 2006. The low voltage transformer that the landscaper installed was manufactured by Justin, Inc. The reason I am contacting your company directly is because the landscaper is no longer in business/available for me to contact/consult. I am trying to determine what the manufacturer’s warranty was for the below listed transformer. Note: I paid the landscaper a one-time payment which included the transformer as part of the payment. Therefore, I did not personally purchase the transformer/nor do I have a sales receipt for this particular item. However, the information on the data plate provides the following information: Brand of Transformer: Vista Model #: HP-600 Date Code: 041806 Input: 120V, 60Hz Output: 12V - 22V-600V (2 Circuit) Two days ago my transformer stop working for no apparent reason. I took a volt meter and was unable to obtain any readings from either of the circuits. Note: The power (green light) will illuminate when the transformer is plugged into an outlet--but the (red light) will not illuminate when the transformer is turned on. Note: Anytime the red light is illuminated--would indicate that the outdoor lights have been activated and are receiving an electrical power source. At this point… the red light will no longer illuminate. Up to this point … I haven't experienced any problems with my transformer. Therefore, I was hoping that this unit was still under a factory warranty. Please contact me at either of the following phone numbers/email address with a response to my inquiry.
