(这是一条买家关于"Employment"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Employment To the personal manager. I live in Prineville and am looking for work in the valve industry. I have fifteen years experience in most aspects of valve manufacturing. I was with Pacific Valves in CA ..lead man over 30 or more emloyees for quite sometime. I then came to Portland Oregon and worked for Fabri Valve ...spending two years on the bench and then dropped into quality control over men that had been there for 30 years or more. The quality was poor and I had good experience from CA..it was a good quality operation. I worked in Fabri Valve quality control three years dealing mostly with the coast guard ...officers and checking drawings from San Fanciso for accuracy before getting the ok from the coast guard to build and inspect the orders as deemed necessary.I developed a relation ship with the officers of the coast guard that I kept their stamp and inspected and stamped the valves in their behalf. Then moving on to Rovang or Technaflow as later called..they were having quality problelms..after seeing what I could do they invited me to set up a brand new valve shop within the company..they had planned to move to Mexico because they were not making a profit with the current labor force. I took control under my forman and engineer and set up a small valve section and within in a year increased the productivity 50%. I worked there for almost five years..when I left they built a brand new plant in Vancouver Washington and were very successful finally selling out to a Colorado based company. Bottom line I lost my pension do to a break in survice so the Machinist Union informed me after I left. I am willing to work I've been retired but social security isn't meant to live on I need added income..The only stipulation is I must have day time hours as my wife and I are alone here.
