We are producing MCAA –Monochloroacetic acid (Technical name : Chloroacetic acid), in crystal form. One of the main phase of process consists of Crystallisation of crude MCAA(liquid) into the molten form. Since the material has the tendency to become very hard as soon as it cools, it sticks on the walls of crystallisers, making it very difficult to continue cooling of inner material. For, this purpose we are looking for scrap surface type crystallizers , wherein crude MCA is crystallised into molten MCA. Please let me know if you can design / construct the same for us.
