The specification which I furnished yesterday was of Indian make Plano Miller (Jagdeep Foundry). That is the minimum specification required by us. I have information that there is an Italian Company, namely Pensotti, whose machines are available in USA with following specification. 1) Length of Stroke 5 mtr. 2) Width between Column 1.6 mtr. 3) Height under Cross Rail 1.5 mtr. 4) Face of Cross Rail 0.5 mtr. 5) Face of columns 20 inch 6) Width of table 1.2 mtr. Whatever may be the speed and feed of the machine available is acceptable to us. I am also trying to collect more feed back of other foreign machines supplied in India. Meanwhile, kindly search similar type of second hand machine available and give us the details to check up the suitability for our application. Plate Rolling Machine. Application - Plate having 40mm thickness and 10ft width to be rolled. Pre-punching is required on both sides. Radial Drilling Machine – Manually operated Size of hole : 100mm Thickness of Plate to be drilled : 100mm Column to spindle distance : 5 mtr. CNC Machine We are trying to collect the required information from the suppliers and will be furnished soon. Machine with drilling capacity upto 50mm size, if available in 2nd hand inventory, please give us the details. Please let me know if you can quote us.
