We have a dough blocking machine that uses a large compression roller to press the dough into a flat block prior to being cut into strips. The roller is cast iron and has a coating to protect the surface from corrusion, the coating has worn off and the roller is rusting. Does your company offer a service that would resurface a roller for this application? The roller is 32"" diameter with a 24"" width. The dough we are rolling is pie dough and therefore has a high fat content. The roller comes in direct contact with the product. Please let me know if you can help me with this project.
