We are part of a large investor group based in the midwest and are building a company in water filtration systems and media. As you may know, the market is very fragmented with a lot of small local companies. There is a big void between the many small companies and the big firms. There are few mid size players. We plan to build a $150 million revenue company in approximately five years. During the internal growth process we will create market strength by cross selling and joint bidding between the companies. This would allow us to compete with the big players on bigger jobs and also give combined strength in purchasing materials. We visualize similar operations in various geographical markets with a focus on various forms of media including, specialty resins, chemical formulations, carbon, regeneration services, small system rentals and change out services and related equipment systems. This will give us a smooth revenue balance between consumable products and capital equipment. Accordingly, we are seeking to acquire a company which might serve as our platform operation. We are especially interested in partnering with a strong CEO and management team to engage in a continuing acquisition growth initiative.
