The market is very fragmented with a lot of small local players…thus an opportunity for a consolidation and exit to a large player after we create critical mass. There is a big void between the many small companies and the big firms. There are few mid size players. We see an opportunity to build a $150 million revenue company in approximately five years. During the internal growth process we also see an opportunity to create market strength by cross selling and joint bidding between the companies. This would allow us to compete with the big players on bigger jobs and also give combined strength in purchasing materials. We visualize similar operations in various geographical markets with a focus on various forms of media including, specialty resins, chemical formulations, carbon, regeneration services, small system rentals and change out services and related equipment systems. Accordingly, we are seeking to acquire a company which might serve as our platform operation. We are especially interested in partnering with a strong CEO and management team to engage in a continuing acquisition growth initiative. We have done some research on your company and think you might be the kind of organization we are looking for. I personally have a long history in the water industry and environmental industry having built three companies in this manner.
