I'm getting quotes from several different manufacturers because differences in the manufacturing processes sometimes make it hard to find what I'm looking for. The cable I'm looking for is compliant with MIL-DTL-3432H (UL 62 is the civilian equivalent I think). It's composed of two 24 AWG twisted pairs, with each pair shielded, and a shielded twisted pair of 16 AWG. All conductors should be stranded, and all of the shields need to be braid for durability. There also needs to be an overall braided shield that covers everything. The insulation should be a TPE compound. We're trying to avoid PVC or Polyurethane, because these emit a lot of toxins when they burn. If you're familiar with mil specs, the mil spec part number is M3432-06MEE(2/22SX2-2/16S)SJ0500. Please note that the ""SJ"" denotes overall shielding under the jacket, and that 0500 is the desired diameter in thousandths of an inch.
