(这是一条买家关于"Cutting services"的询盘信息，来自第108届中国广交会。)Inquiry Message (询盘信息) Cutting services Sirs, I’m a metal sculptor on Maui, Hawaii and I’m building a decorative driveway gate and am putting out a request bids for waterjet /plasma/ lazer/ router cutting services. Traditionally I either cast or cut all my parts with a hand-held plasma cutter. I’ve decided to venture into the 21st century. I am new to vector drawing, so I may have some clumsy information that I may need to explain verbally. The outer frame will be box-construction fabricated three inches deep so I need the various cut out shapes to be cut twice (a front and back) and they will need to be identical. As I was laying out all the various components, I anticipate that your computer program can determine which shapes can get stacked and/or nested in order to minimize material waste. There are several leaves that are repeated as the same size. I am hoping your computer program can adjust the lay-out and determine which shapes can be stacked to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. I layed-out the drawings for all the leaves on a 3’x8’ template. The outer frame shapes, I used a 3’x10’ template. If necessary, I can have that component split into smaller sections and I can weld it back together. I have attached files as jpegs as well as dxf files and included the initial sketch to convey what I need to create. Of course, some ideas evolved since the initial sketch. I also attached a drawing with dimensions of the outer framework of the gate. I do not need the straight rectangular lengths cut- only the curvy segments labeled: ‘top left back and front, top right back and front, and center uprights back and front. Please supply a bid for both 1/8” copper, and also for aluminum. I can have sheet metal shipped to you or purchase from you. Please calculate shipping separately.
