The custom two part cast enclosure made from A356. The bottom part incorporates a heat sink with fins. Top part is a simple lid. There will be secondary machining involved: Mating surfaces of the top and bottom enclosure with a groove for an O ring Mating surface inside of the bottom part for the electronic part Opening for a connector on the side wall Anodized or powder coated. Finished product should comply with IP65 standard. Attached drawings are for the quote only and are missing many details. We would appreciate a quote based on an order of 3,000 units.
