It is intended to be in the form of a 'garden hose fitting'. Its purpose is to enable a hose to be run to a vessel of the user's choosing, (conventional bucket, water tank, whatever,) clamped to the side, and used to essentially convert such a container into a 'flow-controlled' water container. Advantage This System will permit a conventional water vessel to be used to provide controlled water facilities to (say) animals in a quick and convenient way, without the need for normal drinking-trough plumbing facilities to be installed. Benefit Such an item will enable such 'proper' facilities to be provided, so as to both prevent water wastage that would arise if the user merely runs a hose to a vessel and leaves the tap running, or having to carry individual buckets of water, or having to install a purpose-built permanent facilities.
