Work includes wood floor and roof trusses. 2x6 exterior wall construction with sheathing, insulation, air and vapor barriers and colored split face CMU veneer, full height. Roofing will be standing seam metal roofing with flashing, gutters, and downspouts. Flooring above grade will be VCT over lightweight concrete (Gypcrete), over sound deadening mat, over 3/4"" plywood. Aluminum sliding windows, wood and hollow metal doors.
