This is Godfrey Lam from Diamond Yield Ltd HK. And, we are specialise in abrasive media manufacture and quarry in China. With the excellent quality, our customers cover USA and Europe. Our core competences & abilities are: Industrial applications for abrasive blasting with hard abrasives such as, 1. Poly-grit 2. Steel/iron shot & grit 3. Aluminum oxides 4. Flint shot 5. SiC 6. Brown aluminum oxides 7. Quartz 8. Garnet & Zircon Special introduction to our garnet media. Garnet is a naturally occurring mineral which is very dense and much harder than other expendable abrasives. Because of this it can clean up to 50% faster and be recycled up to 4-6 times depending on site conditions. The material is extremely versatile and can be used in open nozzle machines, hand blast cabinets, blast rooms and on steel work, stone / brick buildings, aluminium and stainless steel. Because of its hardness of 7.5 Moh to 8.5 Moh, it is ideally suited for use in shipyards and the oil /gas sector. Mixed with very high pressure water, garnet is used to cut steel and other materials in water jets. So, we are pleased to have opportunity to share with you our garnet material in waterjet cutting. Industrial applications for abrasive blasting with soft abrasive such as, 1. Glass beads, 2. Ground walnut shell, 3. Ground corncorbs, 4. Novaculite 5.
