The product would be used to slip onto the tail and nose of a surfboard to protect it when traveling....it is made out of a soft neoprene/foamy/ rubber material and absorbs any pressure that is put on the board while being handled. It needs to have a coin purse like opening where it slips on to the board, a coin purse like opening that would cinch a little to keep it tight on the board.
