Please allow to introduce Our Stainless Steel / Steel Foundry manufacturing Industrial castings for Valves. We at Oswal manufacture Castings in Duplex & Super Duplex, Hastealloy, Inconell, Monel, Precipitating Hardening Alloys, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, and Carbon Steel for Castings confirming to ASTM, DIN, NACE, BS & JIS standards. Foundry is well equipped with OMEGA molding line having Continuous Mixer with 20.0 Tons / hr capacity and a Reclamation plant with 6.0 Tons/Hr capacity using Alfa Set Process in Two part No Bake system. Further Foundry has two induction furnaces with 1.5 and 1.0 Tons capacity and third under installation for 0.5 T capacities. In house Laboratory supported with Spectrometer, UTM, Impact Testing, Pyrometer, Hardness Testing, Micro Structural Analyser, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Dye Penetration, Radiography and Pressure Testing facilities. Casting weight range from 50.0 to 1600.00 kg/pc with flexible dimensional scope We are ISO 9001 2000 / PED / ADW0 approved and Welders are qualified. We also have In House Machine Shop, Pressure Testing and Painting shop. Apart to above we have a streamlined source of supply for SG Iron Castings, Copper Based Alloys in Die Casting / Sand Casting and Alluminium Alloys in Gravity Die Casting.
