We have currently in-house a rather high temperature application (1650F). My research indicates the best approach is radiant heaters (conceptual drawing available). I am looking for 6 heaters at 10 inches long and having a 12KW rating per heater for a total of 72KW. I need each radiant heater fixture to have water cooling. Also, I need air cooling for the lamp-end seals. We will provide a rectangular cutout in the insulation slightly larger than the 10"" each heater fixture.
