Two Alternatives with 8 Pin or 11 Pin relay with the following terminal arrangement, 8.14 Relays 8.14.1 Relays shall be of the dust-tight, 11-pin or 8-pin plug-in type. Exception: Relays provided as an integral part of manufactured electronic equipment installed within cabinets may use that manufacturer's standard offering. 8.14.2 The 11-pin contact arrangement is three-pole, double-throw (3PDT), wired in accordance with the following list. Looking at the base of the relay with the key cam straight-down and the cam between 1 and 11; the connections are clockwise numbered 1 through 11. a) Coil is between connectors 2 and 10 b) Common connector 1 is normally closed to connector 4 and normally open to connector 3 c) Common connector 6 is normally closed to connector 5 and normally open to connector 7 d) Common connector 11 is normally closed to connector 8 and normally open to connector 9 8.14.3 The 8-pin contact arrangement is double-pole, double-throw (DPDT), wired in accordance with the following list. Looking at the base of the relay with key cam straight-down and the cam between 1 and 8; the connections are clockwise numbered 1 through 8. a) Coil is between connectors 2 and 7 b) Common connector 1 is normally closed to connector 4 and normally open to connector 3 c) Common connector 8 is normally closed to connector 5 and normally open to connector 6 3. The following will be the required number of units, - 48 units of 120VAC coil voltage. - 52 units of 24VDC coli voltage. - 18 units of switch contact block with Allen Bradley Part #800T-XD2P (N/O contact). 4. The width of the relay base should not be more than 27 mm maximum. Below this size such as 26 mm and below are acceptable for relay base width. 5.
